Incorporating many parts of the 1967 Christmas radio show (which only had one line spoken by Elvis--"Thank you for listening, I'd like to wish you a merry Christmas and a wonderful new year" which is included), the 1957, 1971 Christmas albums, plus If Every Day Was Like Christmas. This is NOT the definitive Elvis Christmas collection. But it really does make for a fun listen in a new context! Home Is Where The Heart is may seem like an especially odd inclusion, yet I think it works within the album. The version of Santa Claus Is Back In Town is a slightly changed, slightly extended version I created several years ago. It isn't anything radical--the intro is different, there is one further piano solo. But it's fun. There's a nice bluesy run of songs in the middle of the CD. There are two additional "bonus" tracks not listed on the sleeve. (They are Snowbird and It Won't Seem Like Christmas)
