Sometimes you just want a new Elvis cd. Just for the artwork.
This is the Viva Las Vegas soundtrack, with bonus tracks from, or recorded for, the movie. Everything on this cd has been available elsewhere since the 1960s in some form--except for a few tracks that were unreleased for years, but those are currently available elsewhere too.
The only thing new here is the cover art and tracklist sequencing. The inside cover is a mirror image of the outer cover, but the text is the right way around. This includes the great Clyde McFadder song The Climb, reportedly produced by Elvis himself. The 2 Ann Margret tracks from the movie are there too, to make it complete.
These were not originally intended for sale but for private use. But a lot of fans like the new covers and so I offer them here now. If you are collector of Elvis CDs--purely on their aesthetics, this is a good-looking addition to any collection. And this is the only place it is for sale.
